Some of the roles you may wish to perform are as follows:

Head Football Coach
Football Coordinator - Offensive or Defensive
Assistant Football Coach
Practice Assistant - Equipment, Calisthenics, etc.
Gameday Assistant - MPR, Sidelines, etc.

The forms listed above must be completed and you must be approved prior to stepping onto any practice or game field with a team.
